Ribbon Shamrock... with many possibilities

I saw the cutest ribbon shamrock.  I can't claim these as my own idea.  Thanks to whoever came up with it originally.

I have switched blogs. For the instructions, go to

A simple weaving of ribbon = an adorable little shamrock
Many possibilities await this shamrock, such as an ornament, part of a wreath, part of a banner, on a mantle, or as a hair bow:

(7 year-old girls think these are cool !!)
Some fun info about the shamrock: Three-leaf clovers were used to teach the people in Ireland about the trinity. One leaf symbolized God the Father, the other symbolized Jesus Christ, and the other symbolized the Holy Ghost.

The four leaf clover symbolized faith, hope, love, and LUCK.

...Makes me like shamrocks even more than I did before!

These ribbon shamrocks are quick, easy and cheap. And a fun way to show shamrock love.

Again, I have switched blogs! Learn how to make them HERE: Shamrock Instructions.
They will be posted on February 14, 2013

Thanks!!! See you over there

Something about shamrocks, leprechauns, rainbows, gold, and luck make my kids think St. Patrick's Day is pretty fun.

How do you celebrate St. Patrick's Day?
